To monetize-per-time your services, you must set the monetization rules for each service: Event Name + Time-period to monetize (min. hour. Day, etc) + Value to monetize per each Time-period + Your Customer’s email. Then you must allow PayLive to start/stop the monetization of your service.
To pay-per-time third parties services you must have recharged your PayLive-Wallet (enough balance), join service/event, and start/stop payments anytime, this way, as Buyer have the control!
